My story

I didn't start with a safety net.
I started with a promise.

I bought my first property at 19 without really knowing what I was doing. A few years later, I invested $50K in a property course — and the company went bankrupt.

I was gutted. But I made myself a promise: if I had taken a risk that big, I was going to make property work for me. So I kept going. I bought my first home in New Zealand, built my knowledge, and shifted my career into property and finance.

After working alongside 230+ Kiwis, one truth became clear: it's not willpower that holds people back. It's the environment they're in. That's why I built the space I wish I'd had when I started.

Yes. This space is designed with women in mind, and open to anyone aligned with our values of collaboration, clarity, and honest support.
Nope. Whether you're buying your first investment property or your fifth, we start where you are.
No — I'm not a buyer's agent. I teach you to evaluate deals yourself so you're never dependent on anyone (including me). Way more sustainable. But I do connect you with deal finders and analyse every opportunity with you. You get my eyes on your deals without losing your power.
No problem. I'm location-independent. All sessions are via Zoom, which means you can be anywhere with wifi.
Good. That means you're taking this seriously. My job is to help you make informed decisions, not fearless ones. You'll still feel nervous — that's human — but you won't feel alone or unprepared.
No. Everything I share is property investment education — not a recommendation to buy, sell, or invest in any specific property or financial product. I help you understand how property investment works and connect you with licensed professionals when you need regulated advice. I don't tell you what to do. I help you get informed enough to decide for yourself.
Potentially, as investment education. Consult with your accountant. And if you don't have one, I'll introduce you to a good one.
Three things:
